We are cashless so you need to bring a bank card to settle your bill. We accept carding including American Express as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay & Android Pay.

Fees may apply for late cancellations and no-shows. For larger groups and on key occasion days for our business, we reserve the right to increase the notice required. This will be outlined in your booking journey.

Your table will be held for 1 hour. After this time your table may be charged a cancellation fee and your table may be given away. If you are late for your reservation, this may be taken off your total booking time.

Please note, all larger booking reservations are a mixture of seating and standing space unless confirmed by the events team.

Only ‘sports table’ and ‘outside table screen view’ booking types will guarantee a view of a TV screen. We cannot guarantee a view of the screen for any other booking type. To ensure the best possible experience and to ensure we are showing the right game, please let us know which sporting match you are coming for. Please note, on Peak Sports Dates our booking policies may change. Please speak to your events organizer to confirm cancellation policies.

We will always try to accommodate seated bookings on as few tables as possible, but we may need to split your party across multiple tables. We will always try to seat your party as close together, however, this cannot always be guaranteed.

Larger groups may be required to pre-order and/or dine from set menus. Please speak to our events team for details.

Our venues are also available for private hire meaning some spaces may be out of use to the public during your visit.

We reserve the right to refuse or eject any guests who appear intoxicated, behaving inappropriately or dressed inappropriately. Right of admission is reserved and no refund or compensation will be given.

On rare occasions, we may need to move or amend your booking and will work closely with you to find the best solution. In the event we need to cancel your booking you will receive a full refund where applicable.

Cancellations and No-shows

Please allow at least 7 days’ notice should you wish to cancel your booking. No-shows or cancellations with less than 7 days’ notice are subject to a cancellation fee which is the amount your card is held for at the time of booking.

Please note that all bookings must be canceled in writing by email, simply reply to your booking confirmation email, keeping the subject of the email the same as this identifies your booking. Cancellations made through other means, including social media, may not be accepted and you may still be charged.

For some bookings, you may be able to cancel yourself. Look for the ‘cancel’ button in your confirmation email.

So that you can book with peace of mind, we would give you the option to rebook up to 12 months or cancel with no charges in the event that we are forced to close.

Management reserves the right to amend the cancellation notice as required and you will be notified before your booking is complete.


Our menus are seasonal and change throughout the year. This may affect availability. Please check our menu page for the latest menus. Our team are happy to help advise you if there are certain dishes you would like to try.

Please advise your server of any allergies or dietary requirements.

Certain menus are only available in specific areas of our venues. Please speak to our events team for details.

A discretionary 12.5% service charge will be added to your final bill.


Under 18’s are allowed in before 4pm with responsible adults. We reserve the right not to allow under 18’s in on peak game days. Please ensure anyone lucky to look under 25 is carrying a valid form of ID.


We don’t have a strict dress code, but we do kindly ask guests to dress appropriately for the occasion.

Our terrace is partially covered and heated, all tables are allocated on a first come first serve basis. Should the weather be poor on the day of your booking, we do our best to move you inside. In the event we are full inside, we try to suggest a sister venue to move you to or you have the option to cancel with no charge if you are on a table with no cover. Some tables have screen views, if you specifically want to enjoy sport on your visit make sure to book ‘outside terrace – screen view’ to guarantee this.

The information collected in relation to persons under the age of 18 is limited to their name and date of birth, which can only be supplied to us by the parent/guardian. We advise that parents/guardians could ensure your children do not send us any personal data without your consent.

Collection & use of information specific to Marketing & Communications.

Where permitted by law, we may use your personal information to provide you with promotions, newsletters, special announcements, sweepstakes and the opportunity to share your experience through reviews as well as other marketing messages in accordance with any preferences you have expressed. Ways we provide these communications can be via;

• Electronic direct mail (email marketing)
• Posted mail, or
• Online advertising including display advertising, search engines or social media;
• User-generated-content’ such as your photos through our online channels after receiving consent direct from you.

If you have provided your contact information with consent, we may inform you about products and services or invite you to events via email, online advertising, social media, telephone or posted mail.

On-property Collection:
When you make a reservation and stay at one of our hotels, we process your name, address and contact information along with the details of your stay on the basis of our contractual relationship with you. We also process such data for our business interests; including product marketing, service improvements, analytics or service personalization.

Social Media:
Participation with our social media activities and offerings is voluntary – we process information obtained from social media participation on the basis of your consent relating to business interests; including product marketing, service improvements, analytics or service personalization.

Promotions and Sweepstakes:
Participation in sweepstakes, contests and other promotional offerings is voluntary – we process information obtained from participation on the basis of your consent relating to business interests; including product marketing, service improvements, analytics or service personalization.

Direct Marketing:
We use your personal information to send you marketing messages on the basis of your consent by booking at one of our member hotels and providing your contact details. You may withdraw your consent for direct email marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions found at the bottom of the email marketing message. All direct email marketing messages will include the unsubscribe link which will allow you to opt-out.

Guest Satisfaction Reviews
We use your personal information on the basis of implied consent to send you opportunities to review your recent stay through the TripAdvisor platform named Review Express. Implied consent is used due to the pre-existing relationship between both parties following your stay, to provide every guest the opportunity to share their feedback. You will be sent an email from us in partnership with TripAdvisor once you have checked-out. Please note there is no obligation to share your feedback.

Website Forms
We use your personal information should you have a particular query regarding our services through the use of contact forms available on our website. In this context, we may use this information for the purposes of handling your query or complaint.

The data we collect is used solely for the purposes listed above, and are not sold to additional third parties for the purpose of advertising.

We endeavor to ensure that the personal information held is accurate and up-to-date. We realize that this information changes frequently with changes of address and other personal circumstances. We have appointed a Privacy Officer to oversee our management of personal information in accordance with this policy and the Commonwealth Privacy Act. In addition to this, the systems we use are password protected; with access only granted to those deemed necessary specific to their daily tasks.
